What do you do?

XAD provides digital marketing services such as Google and Meta ads management, Google SEO, Google Maps ranking, Google Business Profile Management, and Creative Media Creation, all tailored to automotive-sector businesses.

What if we don't have a website?

We strongly recommend having a website in place, as it is a critical requirement for competing effectively in today’s market. A website allows for proper SEO (Search Engine Optimization), efficient ad management, and the effective use of the creative media we provide for your business.

If you do not currently have a website and would like one built, XAD can design and launch a professional website for $1499 (taxes included), with optional ongoing maintenance, covering updates and security, for $199/month (taxes included).

Where are you based?

We are headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, with operations centered in Mississauga, Ontario. As a digital marketing firm, we serve an active client base across Canada.

What if we see no results?

XAD provides a full refund if you experience no measurable benefit from our services. No questions asked. We stand behind our work and are transparent in our commitment: if there is no value delivered to your business, you receive a complete refund. We believe strongly in the power of effective digital marketing and are committed to helping every client succeed.

Why isn't there a fixed address for your business?

XAD operates primarily as a digital service-based business rather than a walk-in storefront.

This allows us to keep overhead low and focus resources where they matter most: Delivering results for clients. We serve clients across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada through remote systems, scheduled consultations, and direct communication.

In-person meetings can be arranged by appointment when needed.

Can I cancel my contract at any time? Are there penalties?

Yes. You may cancel your agreement with XAD at any time as agreed upon in our service agreement. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. We believe clients should stay with us because they see real value, not because they are locked into a contract.

What payment methods does XAD accept? Are HST/GST included?

XAD accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Interac e-Transfer. All other forms of payment are not accepted.

Applicable taxes are always included into our final provided quote.
