Why isn't there a fixed address for your business?
XAD operates as a fully mobile detailing service rather than a physical shop. This allows us to bring professional-grade detailing directly to you while keeping costs efficient and convenient.
Appointments are scheduled in advance, and we come to your location.
How long does a detail take?
Service time depends on the package and condition of the vehicle. A basic detail may take 1–2 hours, while full interior and exterior details or paint correction services can take several hours.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with reasonable notice. We understand schedules change and aim to be flexible with our clients.
What payment methods do you accept? Are taxes included?
We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards, and Interac e-Transfer.
All applicable taxes are included in the final quoted price.
